Maloney Engineering (also know as Maloney & Associates, Inc.) was established in Charlotte in 1989. Since that time, the company has provided a wide variety of engineering services for its clients. The principal service is Mechanical Engineering with focus on HVAC Engineering.
We provide Design, Engineering and Management Consulting Services for a wide variety of Mechanical Engineering projects.

Who We Are
Michael Maloney, President
Mike has over 40 years of experience working on engineering projects of varying scales. He has extensive experiance with every part of the design, engineering, and management process. In 1989 he started Maloney Engineering and has been providing quality engineering to his clients ever since.
Mike has a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from N.C State. He holds professional engineering licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey, Washington, and California.
Mike lives in North Carolina with his wife Linda. He has 6 children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, you can find Mike on the golf course or editing photos from his various travels.
